ARIES Embedded provides best efforts to comply with the relevant national and international export restrictions.

 For all orders outside Europa on dual use goods we will request a signed End-Use-Certifcate for the ordered goods. A positive result of the validation of this End-Use-Certifcate is a prerequisite for acceptance of the placed order. The draft for the End-Use-Certifcate can be provided on request.
